For the past 20 years my client has been a lead innovator and disruptor within Financial Services, now with almost 1000 employees they have won numerous awards for their products, services and as a place to work.

We currently seeking to recruit a Risk Manager with a focus and background in Financial crime. You will be working on ensuring that the companies internal policies and procedures align with all the current legislation and is fit for purpose. You will conduct assessments, review existing processes and make recommendations for change and the implementation of new procedures. You will be ensuring compliance both internally and externally and work closely with the procurement and legal teams.

The ideal candidate will have an in depth understanding of UK laws, Proceeds of Crime Acts and FCA regulations and experience on the 1st or 2nd line risk function.
