Job Description

Our client are a leading global investment bank that have been at the forefront of the Energy space, they have structured and project finance teams based across the globe with a core focus on activity in EMEA, Asia and APAC. We are currently assisting the London office as they are seeking a Vice President join the Project Finance team.

Duties include:

• Collaborate with various internal departments and interface with clients, marketing, deal execution.

• Manage transaction due diligence, financial modelling, and credit analysis processes.

• Negotiate term sheets and definitive agreements.

• Monitor and advise on market trends and policy developments impacting project finance and renewable energy investments.

• Collaborate across internal departments including Construction, Legal, Engineering and Finance.

• Mentor and manage junior finance professionals, providing strategic guidance and technical support.

You will ideally have/be:

• A degree Finance, Economics or Engineering

• Experience in project finance, structured finance, or investment banking, with a focus on the renewable energy sector

• Strong understanding of financial modelling, credit structuring, and risk assessment techniques.

• Experienced in the full lifecycle of investment from origination to FC.

• Excellent negotiation skills.

• Be confident in managing a team.
